    胆固醇,甩啦!甩啦!

    期待已久的体检报告结果出来了,与三年前的体检相比多了2项指标的不合!让我意外的是我的胆固醇竟然比标准正常范围高0.5mmol/L,医生在病历上注意饮食四个大字!困惑……
    想想我平时的饮食习惯:虽称不上粗茶淡饭,但也谈不上大鱼大肉;相比荤食和素食,我更是择素弃荤,无须多多考虑;对于内脏这种高胆固醇的食品更是滴味不沾;怎么会高那0.5mmol/L胆固醇来??我不得而知!!!话说回来,疑惑归疑惑,数据摆在眼前不得不警惕!
     
    据研究“亚洲人体内的胆固醇每增加一单位(1mmol/L),心血管疾病死亡危险几率就增加35%,和血管有关的中风几率也会增加25%。”那么我增高0.5mmol/L的胆固醇,也就意味着我心血管疾病死亡危险几率比蔡咖喱增加17.25%,中风几率小E增加12.25%,困惑悲伤生病……恐怖
     
    知道了高胆固醇的危害,那就要寻找原因:上网查了一下高胆固醇食品的一览表,发现蛋类是胆固醇相当高的食品,我是一个无蛋不欢的人,从小到大特别喜欢吃鸡蛋!!什么蒸蛋,炒蛋,荷包蛋,茶叶蛋,水扑蛋……我都喜欢!……原来我的胆固醇是这样产生的!
     
    寻找到了原因就要解决问题:
    控制降低胆固醇必须减少一些含高胆固醇食物的摄取,蛋类每星期以不超过三四个为原则,(跌特!!困惑本来要吃的东西就不多,现在就么得选了!!)。
     
    上网查了查能快速降低胆固醇的食谱,依谱实行,希望短时期内可要看到具体的效果。眨眼!!
     
    胆固醇我今天正式向你宣战,鹿死谁手我们年底揭晓!!(我不会像小E那样高标准严要求!希望在年底不要再出现控制饮食这四尴尬的大字!)
